Description

Delicious BBQ chicken wraps topped with creamy coleslaw.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large wraps or tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded or sliced chicken with barbecue sauce until evenly coated. Warm gently if needed.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper. Toss until creamy and well mixed.
  3. Warm wraps slightly to make them more flexible.
  4. Spoon BBQ chicken down the center of each wrap and top with a generous amount of coleslaw.
  5. Roll up each wrap tightly and slice in half before serving.
