A delicious and healthy roasted cauliflower recipe seasoned with spices and a hint of lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head, and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until well coated. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Once the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown, remove it from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets for uniform cooking.
- This dish can be served as a side dish or a healthy snack.
