Description

A delicious and healthy roasted cauliflower recipe seasoned with spices and a hint of lemon.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head, and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil until well coated. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  7. Once the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown, remove it from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
