  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Mini peanut butter cups or chocolate hearts
  • Pink candy hearts or Valentine sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Egg and Vanilla: Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  5. Shape the Cookie Cups: Roll dough into 1-tablespoon balls. Place one in each muffin cavity.
