Deliciously crispy roasted cabbage wedges seasoned with spices and finished with fresh lemon juice.

- 1 medium green cabbage
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact.
- In a large bowl, toss cabbage wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, and cumin until evenly coated.
- Arrange the cabbage in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until edges are crispy and golden brown; turn halfway through.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For additional flavor, sprinkle with more spices or herbs of your choice before roasting.
