Ingredients
Scale

- 1 cup fresh green beans
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Sear the steak in the hot skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Reduce heat, add minced garlic and butter, basting the steak with the melted sauce.
- In another pot, blanch green beans in boiling water for about 3 minutes until bright green.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Toss the blanched green beans in the skillet to coat them in garlic butter.
- Serve everything on plates, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.
