A quick and tasty stir-fry dish featuring tender flank steak and crunchy cabbage.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cabbage and stir-fry until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.

- For a spicier version, add sliced chili peppers or a dash of hot sauce.
