A delicious and moist cranberry orange bread perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in orange zest and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with orange juice and buttermilk.
- Fold in cranberries gently.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 55–65 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
- This bread can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
