Description
A delicious twist on classic rice krispies treats, combining Oreos and marshmallows for a sweet treat!
Ingredients

- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
- 2 cups Oreo cookies (broken into bite-sized pieces)
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and heat in 15-20 second increments until fully melted.
- Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until smooth.
- Add back to the microwave for 25-30 seconds. Remove and stir until marshmallows have melted into the butter.
- Alternate adding the cereal and the Oreos into the mixture until all are used, stirring with a silicone spatula until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Spray an 8×11 baking dish with non-stick spray and add the mixture to the dish, using the spatula to spread evenly.
- Cover and allow to cool for 25-30 minutes, then cut into even squares and serve.
Notes
- For better texture, press the mixture into the dish firmly.
- Allowing the treats to cool completely makes them easier to cut.
