- 1 1/4 cups almond flour (blanched)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk, almond extract, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Gently fold in the almond flour.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugars, and eggs. Then add flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix the two mixtures until well combined, then chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Scoop, roll in almonds, and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
