- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix until melted and smooth.
- Add uncooked penne pasta. Stir well, cover, and cook on high for 25–35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is tender, garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan. Serve warm and enjoy!

- For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in Italian dressing before cooking.
