- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (both green and white parts)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Fold in drained clams, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chopped green onions until well mixed.
- If desired, add shredded cheese into the mixture before transferring it to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with crackers or toasted bread slices.
