Ingredients

- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Wash asparagus, zucchini, and squash under cool water. Trim tough ends from asparagus and slice zucchinis and squash into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add asparagus, zucchini, and squash to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp while stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper, stirring well to combine.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked vegetables before serving.

- For additional flavor, consider adding herbs like thyme or basil.
