A simple and delicious soy sauce recipe.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Stir until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Taste and add anything you feel the sauce needs.
- You could also add some sesame seeds and chopped chives for additional texture or flavor.
- Use this sauce right away or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least two weeks.
