Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and milk and let it sit for 2 minutes to soften.
  3. Add the ground beef, eggs, chopped onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  4. Mix everything gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into the prepared loaf pan or onto the baking sheet.
  6. Spread the remaining ketchup evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and the center reaches 160°F.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
