Description

Delicious chicken pita wraps filled with fresh vegetables and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or mint), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Warm the pita breads in a dry skillet over medium heat or in the oven.
  3. Fill each warmed pita with a portion of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Add chopped lettuce, diced cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
  5. Spread on the Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce.
  6. Top with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
