Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 0 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 more minute to remove raw taste.
- Slowly add milk and cream while whisking to prevent lumps.
- Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
