- 4 fillets salmon (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted, optional)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, and lime juice until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and coat generously with half of the sauce mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over baked salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of sriracha sauce.
- Serve with steamed rice or a side salad for a complete meal.
