Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted, optional)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, minced garlic, and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and coat generously with half of the sauce mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Drizzle remaining sauce over baked salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
