Description
A delicious and easy creamy ranch chicken recipe made in the crock pot.
Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese (1 block)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into slices and place on top of the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth around the chicken.
- Add garlic powder and black pepper, stirring gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the pot with two forks, mixing well before serving.
