- 1 package (16 oz) sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwis)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread sugar cookie dough evenly on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in lemon juice.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange your choice of sliced fruits on top for a beautiful presentation.
