Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and cream cheese to form a smooth dough; knead briefly.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then add bell peppers and ground beef; cook until browned.
  4. Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a rectangle, cut into squares, fill each with the meat mixture, and fold to create rolls.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
