Description

A delicious and visually appealing charcuterie board featuring a variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 chorizo (chopped)
  • 4 oz salami (hot or mild)
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese (chopped)
  • 1 wedge brie
  • 1 wedge blue cheese
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
  • 1 cup green olives (pitted)
  • 1 batch guacamole
  • 1 batch salsa
  • 1 batch pesto
  • 1 batch keto crackers
  • 1 batch keto tortilla chips
  • 1 cup salted nuts (I used cashews and almonds)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Place your board or platter onto a flat surface.
  2. Start by adding your dips and olives into small bowls. Place them all over the board.
  3. Add the salami and chorizo, followed by the cheeses, then add the crackers and chips.
  4. Distribute the nuts and fruits to the remaining spots available on the board.
  5. Serve the charcuterie board immediately, or cover completely and refrigerate, for up to 3 hours.
