Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy, unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Whisk or stir until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop and serve, optionally topped with crushed peanuts for added crunch.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup according to your preference.
- Feel free to add other toppings such as chocolate chips or fruit.
