Scale
- 1 lb Chicken, boneless and skinless thighs or breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 8 oz Noodles (Ramen or lo mein preferred)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes or Sriracha
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss them with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.

- Make the Sauce: Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and chili flakes or Sriracha. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles per package instructions, then drain and rinse.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the chicken to the pan, add drained noodles, and toss until coated.
- Heat Through: Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve and Garnish: Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Use thighs for juiciness or breasts for a leaner option.
- Coat chicken with cornstarch for a light crust.
- Substitute honey with brown sugar if desired.
- Chili flakes or Sriracha is optional for heat.
- Ramen or lo mein noodles are preferred. Soba or rice noodles can be used for a healthier alternative.
