Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings very dry with paper towels to remove all moisture.

  3. Let the seasoned wings sit for a few minutes to help the coating adhere.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry at 380°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F for the final 3–5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces and garnishes like parsley or lemon juice.
