Description

Delicious homemade chocolate dots, perfect for decorating desserts or enjoying as a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar (or unrefined sugar)

Instructions

  1. Line a large tray or plate with parchment paper.
  2. Using a double boiler method or in the microwave, melt your chocolate until smooth and glossy. Remove it from the heat.
  3. Whisk in the sugar until smooth.
  4. Transfer the chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
  5. Pipe out tiny dots of chocolate onto the parchment paper.
  6. Let them cool at room temperature until firm.
