- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, maple syrup, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through.
- Drizzle additional olive oil and lemon juice over the roasted cauliflower before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
