Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, maple syrup, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through.
  5. Drizzle additional olive oil and lemon juice over the roasted cauliflower before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
